One of the key methods we are planning to use to communicate with you as a member this year is a service called Constant Contact. It is an email-based service that will allow us to distribute relevant information to members, club officers and/or District officers, based on the information we need to send. We don't want anyone to be able to say "I didn't know about that!". It won't be perfect, but we hope it will help in communicating with you.
